Well mine is in the spare bedroom, which is kind of like my study/library I suppose...

All I need to do is turn the PC monitor 90 degrees to face the bike and away I go. The big grey box is my primary fan, with a secondary one situated behind the bike (obscured by the wardrobe in this shot).

Great to hear that Jeff!
Definitely. I'm much more in tune to the signs of dvt/pe than before. When the 2nd clot let loose in 2018 I would have swore it was just a bad leg cramp until the chest pain started later that evening.

As far as the cancer is concerned, indicators are good and I'll likely have 2 more years of scans then official discharge. We'll monitor kidney function beyond that via blood tests with my regular doc.

Well my fellow TTTers!

How hot was that? I outdid @BurningLegs tonight with my incredible fan set-up.

Moved the adjustable fan (you can adjust its height) behind me. Put a portable fan on the shelf next to the TV in front of me, pointing at my head. Put a bucket of ice in front of the turbo fan on the floor, to try and cool the air blowing at my body.

Something must have worked. I got round ok and finished with the group in 42.54 on the Watopia Magnificent 8 course.

As we're doing 'pain cave' shots here's mine. More of a video though than a photo

A truly moving film, telling the story of a committed Zwifter, and how he needed 2 armchairs to recover from the massive effort he put into every ride.

Carl Whorton was immense in the role of, er.......... Carl Whorton in Man from Watopia, the surprise cult hit of the summer of 2020.

Hey, not just 2 armchairs, but 2 footstools too  When I hit those supertuck moments, I need somewhere to chill until the gradient kicks up again

Well done on the time Del.
43.06 for my team. Simply too hot. I drank 2 litres in the hour before and during and still lost over a kilo in weight. Madness. That said I was okay for first 20 mins even pulling a 10s lead over my team up the climb (oops!) but began to fade and happy to be one of the 4 fastest finishers at the end.
not sure how you regularly race 2 days in a row- my legs hate me.

Getting her to use it on the other hand (rather than sharpening her claws on the corner of the sofa for example) is another thing...

She does use the bowl bit for sleeping in and the top round section is hollow and she uses that as a viewing platform for looking out the window, so it's not like it's totally underutilised!

Great effort. In that heat was ridiculous. Our time 44.15.
