working on my cadence has made a big difference in those spots your talking about Del.

How much have you altered your cadence?

I know if I hit a climb like Libby Hill in Richmond or the escalator I seem to do much better if I spin hard and fast, rather than grinding or getting out of the saddle.

Pretty quiet on here today. I was wondering what other CC’ers pain caves looked like. I think I’ve seen a pic of @Norry1’s on here recently which looked impressive and others I’ve seen have put mine to shame.

Can anyone beat mine as messiest pain cave? You should spot the turbo in amongst the crap 😃

Best design feature I’ve seen yet. Refrigerator within reach without getting off the bike.
