I've updated the table based on the responses from last night. Ignore the last 3 columns. I'll update them later. Teams may also change depending on final numbers.

Where I've put a question mark in brackets its either because someone has said probably yes or no, or because I've guessed on previous occasions that you may or may not be available. But the question mark is only a memory jog and unless the person tells me otherwise, I'll assume its a No when we finalise the invites and teams.

Where there is no Y or N, then I haven't had an answer yet.

Tagging everyone again so that you all see this message.

Sorry for the slow response Del. I can’t do Fridays bud. I’ll do the Wednesday one if I have a working turbo so maybe that’s 50/50. Thanks for your efforts mate 👍

Raced in the 3R volcano flat race yesterday at 5:05pm. 3 laps Mass start. The As lit it up as expected and I held on for 1-1/2 laps To the 5% drag just after the bridge. I could see a few other Bs had also held on to the front group at that point but it had been whittled down to around 35 at that stage out of 300+ starters. I was now in a small group of 5 and with some cajoling I got us working together with the aim of holding our 70/80 second advantage over a large chase group as I knew for me it would mean a decent placing in the Bs. It was like a 5 man team TT and we worked reasonably well together apart from an A rider who was intent on breaking away from us for no reason. The gap to the pack behind slowly reduced and going towards the volcano for the final time was down to 40s and but tumbling fast. I had one eye on the companion app map checking the real time gap but also watching my compadres. The pack was closing fast and I had visions of being swallowed up but we held on just by 6 seconds Getting me 3rd B happy days! Let’s are toast still.

maybe it’s picking the right races or just good luck but I’m getting a decent run of results in the past month despite my best efforts to take the speed out of the legs with that Everesting

At least you can take ibuprofen. All the anti inflammatorys are off limits due to increased risk of internal bleeding with my anti coagulation meds. On a positive note, add my cancer to the mix and Ive qualified for medical cannabis.
Flippin 'eck Jeff, you're having a hard time mate. Keep safe :okay:

Finally cracked the 90 minute mark on the Alpe today (previous best was just seconds over it), but did my usual thing of going out too hard and cracking towards the end - last 7 bends were really tough as my average watts just started to plummet. Put it this way, I was 5 minutes exactly up on my best time at the halfway point, but only gained a further 45 seconds between there and the finish. Still haven't got the lightweight wheels either (7th attempt).

I was very lucky to have Lightweight wheels after a first attempt. That wheel on top of alpe is more like wheel of unfortunate than wheel of fortune. I think after a third attempt people should have Lightweight wheels automatically.

Nice ITT Derek. I can manage that kind of time only on group ride with a good pace like yesterday. I was compared your times every 5km to my yesterdays time. It wasn't any sense to do that except only for curious

Ok Lee @berty bassett

I'll plan the teams assuming you can't make it, but if you think you can just shout and we'll add you into the A team.

Is that ok with you?
I though it was previously established that @berty bassett was the Hannibal of the A team.

Thanks Juha.

They're tough but I'm enjoying them and they certainly seem to be helping my overall performance
