I rarely suffer from sore muscles when exercising . I put it down to one of two things.

1: I didn't work hard enough :stop:

2: I usually do a cooldown/stretching routine after exercise.

I'm lucky in that I don't have conflicting time demands so can pretty much do as I please and as a consequence can devote the time to stretches.

I feel that they help, a lot, so will continue to do them.
How are things going tb ? Still in limbo ?

Hi guys. Catching up after Another few days AWOL. Belated happy birthday @JuhaL!!

Again I have been busy with my Team Ireland group (do tell me to fook off if you like:tongue:). Last week I organised an individual time trial series using 8 scheduled Zwift events all on the Tempus Fugit course. The series took each persons best effort over the week for points and I got the riders to tag their Irish province to make it more aboutwinning for your province than individual glory. Something to think about for here?

Ive also moved into Team management for our WTRL team TT espresso teams. I’m no longer good enough for our top teams but have enjoyed doing the recruiting and organising. I still race in one of our Frappe teams and this week we are targeting qualifying for the Premier league at espresso and frappe level. My espresso team now has two pro conti level riders so I think we will do well. If we don’t then I’m for the sack  This weeks course is takes in the volcano and watopia KOM reverse so it will be tough.

this evening I was planning the ZHR masters at 1930 but I’ve just seen your post @Brusgaard about the evo cup. Looks interesting So I could be tempted as I’d like a series to get the teeth into.Maybe see you guys on course.
Which province came out on top? (Crossing fingers for Munster ;-) )

Just watched the men's race on Eurosport for the Tour for All. Much better viewing than previous iterations - looks like Zwift have spent time creating a better viewing experience. Exciting finish.

Alan, in all seriousness I might see if I can get my lad to join you guys, 3 Irish grandparents so he should qualify (Cork, Sligo and Tipperary so 2 to 1 in favour of Munster). He’s 22, lower end cat B and getting into riding more this year.
The more the merrier! Sounds like you might even qualify.

3rd ride with the new bibshorts and it’s all rosey in the garden😂 they are the most comfortable shorts I have worn and after 2 hours on the saddle there was not even a twinge, I managed to get 2 more pairs of last years offering for the same price as one of this years cost ,

I don’t know whether is going down a few sizes that makes them better but I can now move about on the saddle with a lot more ease and the pad is so comfortable

Endura Pro sl bibshorts with custom size chamois ,matched to your saddle and sit bones worth a look if your after some new ones, the castelli ones will be fazed out🚴‍♂️👍😀

Yeah pretty much, especially now with all this shiv going on.

I've managed to get my follow up app moved to monday 11th may (from 27th of july ). But I doubt I'm gonna get any good news from a phone consultaion .

I may have to resort to an a&e visit as it is definitely getting worse . It's been 11 months from the initial symptoms and 10 months since the first doc visit. It's very frustrating :cursing:
