Like the increase in shorter workouts, hopeful for anti-sandbagging thing.

Boost mode sounds a bit pointless though but guess it's just a test
Im interested in how boost would work out. It could be useful if there are opportunities to charge or you have extra capacity to top up the charging points

I thought that at first. Another gimmick in a zwift world of gimmicks. But just having a spin and thinking more. I now think it might be better than power ups. With the power ups it’s random. At least with the boost if everyone has the same opportunity it’s level playing field. Having said that... if you still have power ups on top of boost I guess it just adds another layer of randomness... forget I spoke!

I’m surprised you can get the factor 1 at such a low level. That’s a pretty high end bike in the real world.

@Aleman Usual process, is to up end bike and squirt something like WD40 through the bottle cage hole. Leave to soak overnight, catch the drips. Place seat post head in decent vise, apply rotational pressure by twisting frame. It this doesn't break free, attach a slide hammer to hammer upwards. Last and guaranteed slow method, cut seat post about 25mm above frame and use a new hack saw blade to cut a slot most of the way down the seat post. This will release pressure when you turn an edge inwardly.
@CXRAndy You missed the bit about it being a D-Fuse shaped seat post so rotational pressure isn't possible without breaking the frame or the seatpost

As it's a carbon post I don't want to use WD-40 etc as they cause the resin to swell ... making it even harder to remove.

I also don't want to have to pay out another £120 to replace the post either ... Looks as though I may be going to "The Seatpost Man"

Although I am going to have one more try with hot water, and an "Improvised" Slide Hammer. ... I also have a pipe freezer kit so may try a combination of both heating and cooling ... The Ali down tube should expand and contract much more than the carbon post, so that may be effective on it's own :training: Needed

It'll be alright, just round that post off, good stiff turn should do it.

Heat n cold it is, with slide hammer. Its amazing how rust welded, galled parts eventually give with the correct direction of force

I once had to remove a swing arm bolt from my mates motorcylce, rusted to hell it was

. It took 1 hour with a slide hammer, but with every tap you could see fractions of mm movement.

If it’s the same seat post as on my ruined 2015 defy frame then you could try various suggestions to get it out and if it goes Pete tong then we may be able to do a deal on a seat post.

If you have that directly under you at full blast you can probably reduce your weight on zwift
You'll be like a piece of bill tong. I have this Argos cheap thing and number 3 freezes me. One day I might replace it with a KickR head wind.
