Yes. Don’t know about the drafting, but I think it worked?
Last half of the ride was Richmond in reverse which was absolutely draft free as not I didn’t meet a single rider. Well until the last few km, where a japanese rider was riding at 0,0 wkg, then suddenly 10-13 wkg and back to 0,0 again. This happened a few times, after which he left the game.
Been on, after update, but in workout mode and on a Tron so can't say if it was working or not .... sorry.

I improvised a Slide hammer from a dirty great 'Club' Hammer and a piece of 2X3 held under the seat rails
To me it looks as though the 'Anti Seize' paste has dried out ... and Seized
Of course it could also be some water getting in and causing "Galvanic Corrosion" ... Somehow ?? 
Still now to sort it out and prevent it happening again

So long story short, my ‘just give it a whack’ advice worked 😄👍
I think it’s also the shape of the seat post that causes the problem sometimes. With the post not sitting perfectly in the frame.

The Spanish went crazy with their cycle exercise lockdown. You could still walk to the supermarket and stand in a queue, but not go for a solo ride
I think the rules banning cycling across some European counties is as much about trying to reduce the burden on health services as it is about social distancing.
Anyways... speaking about Spanish cyclist. Could this be the one and Only pep from bkool fame? I can’t remember the exact spelling of his name. (3 riders above me)

Yep that's him I think - same spelling and he's been on zwift quite a lot recently - another splitter byu the looks of it!

Finally got the "Unemployed" Achievement (at the second attempt)!
Admittedly, most of my rides over this period were short ones (7-10 miles) just to keep the count ticking over, whereas I'd usually have done two medium and one long ride a week if I hadn't been trying to get this badge, so I'm probably no fitter overall.
