Definitely agree. I missed the music. I play it pretty loud and ... have different mixes depending on the type of race and think it’s a bit of a secret weapon!

Same here - I’ve got different music preferences for starts, climbs, and the flats. Almost always 100% volume :okay:

if you think of a better way of doing it please let me know - i have music iin my ears usually but had to have discord plugged in one ear , mute the mike and music playing on speakers- no where near as loud as usually banging in my ears - but have to agree with others , to have someone telling you what is happening really makes so much more difference than you would first realise

Sorry to hear about that @Norry1 @Alongo

I got dropped out of the front group after 6KM but came in 41st on the road. Love the little climb to finish on that course. Was skulking at the back of my group of approx 6 at the foot of it and pounced half way up. Caught all but one so quite happy with my finish.

Bike working nicely with the new crankset on and I’ve gone from a CX chain set to compact road. I think it’s helped my “sprint” - had to sprint back into a group at one stage and was pleasantly surprised at my jump!

Well done c team @Whorty @CXRAndy @Freelanderuk and especially @Marino.g for stepping up (not the easiest course to do so on!)

I think Carl stayed away with the front group the whole time? Amazing effort. I just ran out of gas on the steep hairpins. Spent the second lap in a group of 4 and just got towed in 16th on the road but got a couple of sprint points.

Really good course for racing, I used to ignore Richmond but the last couple of series have opened my eyes.

Had a bit of a mare with discord, now realise it was connecting to phone instead of headset

Just about to come on here and congratulate @Ketty on a great performance - a superbly paced race and brilliant climbing - and ZwiftPower's (admittedly provisional) results are showing him as WKG DQ'd! I'm really surprised, because he wasn't in the lead group that was doing 3+ w/kg for the first 20 minutes, so therefore I'd have thought he would be under the limit. I did manage to make that group and thought I might be cutting it fine, but I have come in under the limit somehow.

Other than that, a superb performance from the D crew. Yes we didn't knock out our DBR nemesis J.B, but @Joffey beat him in the first sprint and he didn't make the lead group that I was in, so I took 1st in the second sprint (pretty much uncontested)! At present myself, Joffey and @JLaw have 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the overall standings as well.

Going to check if my video recorded successfully - if so, I'll put it on YouTube fairly soon.

Ugh. I didn't realize we were riding Richmond until it was too late... I hate that course. Not unexpectedly, the climbs killed me.

Congrats Carl for beating J. Ferres, I always found him amazingly annoying when I was battling him at the top of C a couple years back.

Went out too hard for the first lap, burnt alot of matches. The 2nd lap I rode with one other guy until just before the climbs. We were cruising along at 23 mph, when a group of six caught us. We both jumped onto the pack and for a minute or two before we were doing 26 mph on the flats. Pack riding:biggrin:

Excellent riding again chaps. :okay:

I think he was the fella who was talking constantly, asking people to attack Petersen(I reckon Dbr do have someone checking zwiftpower as he always finishes behind the last person who is not registered)
