I did some major changes for my riding position yesterday, i was adjust saddle quite a lot forward and now i feel that i can have more power to pedal. Maybe it was just a feeling but today i felt that i reach easier +1000w than ever, or maybe i just had a good day or something.

I was lucky, Had two power cuts in the last five minutes. When it all came back, I had no avatar. My name was in the list so I continued.

Could you guys see me?
Yes - I could see you :okay:

Agreed. Lots of sandbaggers. I got lucky bridging with someone at the start to the second group (surely the first group with any legal c riders) and then Carl carried me up the hills. Had a few power drop outs, mainly for a couple of seconds at okay times but had one with 2km to go. Ended up using most of my sprint to get back to the group for the sprint, just about managed it. I'm guessing there will be a few dqs.

Cream crackered.
Really enjoyed that, especially the bit where the DBR riders were complaining about our group being full of B's (looks like there were 2 there). I felt good tonight; I pushed hard but didn't go into the red too much in the climbs although, as always, didn't have much sprint at the end :wacko: Only 3 of us in our group actually registered in ZP - had I known that during the race I may have tried to put more pressure on the guy who won!

I had a pretty good race tonight, got in pens early , kept with front group up KOM but just couldn’t hang in right near the top . Martin pulled away at this point and I was left in a group of about seven, which moved along pretty well at just a slightly lower intensity . Finished with a bit of a sprint and came in 41 st place , so no glory, unlike CC “C” group who seem to be smashing it , well done every one .

Talking about sandbaggers i think i did some damage in a Ascenders group ride today. I catch some groups several times and every time when i get there i start to slow down and i manage to do small gaps those groups, i almost see mushroom cloud above some riders head :biggrin:.

Amazing results Carl, Michael:okay::boxing:

I was next to you when you went to bridge the gap to the leaders, chapeau:okay:

I had a decent sprint, this time, just missed taking the whole of my group, took 5 or 6 just before the line,:crazy:
Cheers Andy. Once I got into the lead group I was pretty confident I could stick with it up the first KoM. My climbing is better than my flat speed. Unfortunately I didn't realise until we hit that KoM that the guys I was with were the B sandbaggers so I had to let them go and pick up the C riders behind (which @mjd1988 came across with) - no point me trying to stick with the B's up the KoM I'd have just blown up!

Once our group settled down it was fairly relaxed - even the sprint wasn't too manic and the climbs were sensible paced.

Looks like you and Chris also had good rides :okay:

Explains why I couldn't hold the wheel on thr climbs, I saw lots of 4+W/kg all the way up the climbs

Cyclechatters did really well today:okay:
Quite pleased with the picture Zwift took for me today for Strava :tongue:
