How do you people fair with the front of the bike moving when your stood sprinting ,my bike tends to jump about a lot ( or that just me). I have even thought about strapping the front down
I have a front wheel block, don't know is that help but at least front wheel stays still.

It isn't a problem I've noticed. However, TrainerRoad recently did a video about sprint technique and they recommend being in the drops and pulling into the chest rather than lifting up. That sounds like it would stop/reduce the issue you're having and it will improve your IRL technique.

It was there earlier, but looks like it has been removed. There was no official timings on Zwift's own page so maybe Zwiftinsider broke the story a bit too soon and was asked to remove it?

It was a 3 stage event over 3 days - very tough, long, hilly stages. Those who complete it get a chance of winning a Haute Route entry. It said there would be training sessions leading up to it as well

Sounds interesting. Might be a good training weekend if it's raining/snowing.

I know a couple of chaps who have done the haute route. Its a beast, several days, full on racing over some of the biggest climbs that appear on the professional calendar. One guy struggled to get up and eat huge breakfast to fuel him to the first food stop. He is a fantastic climber(Lee-esque)

So if memory serves the next stage is watopia waistband? If so it is lovely and flat so a different kind of suffering. Would be great to keep up the momentum!

Well I may be able to cause some trouble if I don’t get caught asleep at the start of the next stage. I only managed to cause myself trouble on Stage 1.
