Maybe I'm doing it wrong - I tend to drop to a higher gear and stand up - my power obviously goes up but I don't get really high cadence doing this (or really high power!). Am I better off staying in a lower gear and spinning really fast?

Obviously the best answer is big gear and big cadence - but my best improvements in sprinting came when I focused on cadence. Not that I am particularly good - but I do averagely when it comes to a sprint.

Hmmm OK I think I will try cadence over grinding a big gear next time and see what happens - that's assuming I can suddenly massively increase my cadence at the end of a hard race. Maybe not, which is why I opt for standing

Oh, definitely stand up and power as well, but focus on speed is my suggestion.

I can't sprint, not enough raw power, but in my random attempts I spin up to a high cadence, drop a cog, stand and continue to bring the cadence up, pass a few people and get passed by a few. My biggest c0ck up on any sprint is I always get the timing wrong, sometimes too early, sometimes too late, never at the right time. Oh and I always forget to use the power ups available. Basically I'm rubbish......

Sounds like you're still better than me - thanks for the tips!

I spent around an hour last night online and on the phone with Amazon customer services who I bought the Tickr from, and then directly with a Wahoo technician in the States. After the expected “have you tried taking the batttery in and out?” Question we got into a RESET procedure for the Tickr to take it out of standby mode...this involved removing the battery, putting it back in upside-down for 10 seconds, and then back to normal. That didn’t work either! So Wahoo suggest they are going to replace the unit - I await confirmation though.

On the plus side I tried this “reset” procedure on my previous Garmin HRM and it brought it back to life! So at least I have a working HRM in the short term albeit ANT+ only.

I had similar problem and used that technique and it didn’t work but then I tried it with a new battery from Poundland and voila! Working tickr

What's the challenge? I keep getting a page not found message.
It was there earlier, but looks like it has been removed. There was no official timings on Zwift's own page so maybe Zwiftinsider broke the story a bit too soon and was asked to remove it?

It was a 3 stage event over 3 days - very tough, long, hilly stages. Those who complete it get a chance of winning a Haute Route entry. It said there would be training sessions leading up to it as well

For some weird reason I am unable to give you a Kudo on that on Strava. So please accept this Kudo here,
I try to upload original TR file in Strava because it didn't sync to Strava automatically. I delete Zwift file and try to upload TR file without success so i need to upload Zwift file back in Strava as you probably noticed
