Actually it's quite complicated when you drill down into it!
Lighter riders have less drag in Zwift so will go faster for the same watts as a heavier rider even on the flat (short, lightweight riders have even less drag). Obviously doing the same watts would be a higher w/kg for the lighter rider though, so probably relatively harder work.
So, because lighter riders would be faster for the same watts they can afford to do fewer watts - i.e closer to the same w/kg as the heavier rider - to maintain the same speed.
So exactly who has to do relatively more work on the flat will depend on the weight/height differences.
Sorry Lee, you may have to accept its all easier for you and you really should be winning every race by a country mile or you're not really trying after all
