Minimum of one lap, minimum of 10 km (I think!) total distance per ride.I think you have to do a "lap" each day, whatever that means - not just ride.

Great ride mateGood to ride with you tonight, Brendan! Quite glad to find your group tbh, I would have blown before the hill in my original group which was pushing 3-3.2 on flats and spiking over 3.5!
Nice ride back after a break - sweet spot for an hour then light it up for the hill!
Are you using the companion app? Looks to be working OK on there for me
Great ride mateI just can’t climb it’s soo frustrating. Was a good group got to leith hill in good time. 1.11.32 for me. Quite happy overall after a windy RW ride yesterday.
Yes. ZP has me at 1.11.31. Boom. Every second countsI can’t keep power on flats! It’s strange - I’m happy to ride 3-3.5 on a climb but can’t sustain that on the flat.
Anyway, my time was 1:09:46 with avg of 210W according to Zwift results. Doesn’t look like ZP has finished syncing yet...
Exactly the same as me ... I can push more power, even at lower cadence, on a climb for an hour than I ever can on the flats. I working on my tempo workout training so I'm hoping this will improve over timeI can’t keep power on flats! It’s strange - I’m happy to ride 3-3.5 on a climb but can’t sustain that on the flat.
I’ve been doing a bit of sweet spot training but I want the trim bike so I’ve been doing it up the alp. Maybe that’s not helping and I should do some on the flat too.Exactly the same as me ... Great ride by the way ....![]()

I don’t know the science behind all this but part of me believes it’s mental because Watts are Watts right? Especially on the turbo! But then, it’s such a common thing that there may be something else behind it.![]()

Here you go @Whorty - I couldn't let the opportunity to showcase your glorious moment passOnly if Pete insists .... i mean, it's his call of course, and I'd get no real pleasure seeing my name at the top of the league![]()
Yes, this is true and it relates to W/Kg (Watts per kilogram of body weight). When you’re climbing you have to overcome gravity, and the heavier you are the harder it is to overcome so the higher your W/KG the faster you will climb. There are obviously two ways to improve W/Kg - reduce weight or increase power.Might it have something to do with how Zwift works out the power? It does mention that lighter climbers on Zwift are better on climbs and heavier riders are better on the flats (like in real life for some riders)... maybe they calculate this somehow?
