Carl, tried to drag you so we could work together for a bit but you obviously not recovered so chases Brendan and del , Pete catching me just before I got to them. He and I pulled away on the climb but I ran out of puff 8km from the end. Disappointed not to finish but a few gear problems made it easy to jump off.

TBH I have no idea if I won but I don’t think anyone got past. Somehow I was 11 minutes quicker than I was on Tuesday so with my generous handicap I’ve got my fingers crossed!

Me to. Had nothing left in the end. Probably wouldn't be able to sprint anyway with Marathon plus tires on Bkool pro.
Well you were 13 minutes quicker tonight so I doubt it! Your power was up 38 watts as well - amazing what a bit of competition can do!
Tuesday was my 4th day on the spin so I was a tired, went hard and blew up at mile 5. Was fresher tonight, added a fan and paced it a bit better. I’m amazed I knocked off so much time though. At least there won’t be as much waiting around for me on the next one!

I nearly lost some teeth, all that peddling backwards unscrewed a peddle and when I set of it ripped out of the threads and I hit my head on the bars ( which was a little painful) a quick rummage in the toolbox draw found a Allen key and had a job getting the peddle back on due to damaged threads, never mind , I completed the course
