My numbers are slowly edging up. FTP at 250 but real/virtual flattish ride numbers below. If i go up Watopia they get skewed upwards.
your peak 3 second power was 637 W
- your peak 5 second power was 634 W
- your peak 10 second power was 620 W
- your peak 1 minute power was 386 W - ** this is a new personal best within the last 12 months **
- your peak 5 minute power was 258 W
- your peak 10 minute power was 247 W
- your peak 20 minute power was 239 W
- your peak 60 minute power was 224 W - ** this is a new personal best within the last 12 months **
Great numbers there Bob. Is the 60 minute peak power 224w you're average power?
Thank's Tommy.
Yes, a little lower than i expected but Todays Plan does not allow you to use the FTP test to skew the results otherwise 20m would have been 261w and that would have raised the 60m.
I am trying to ensure all but recovery rides are 200w plus over the hour which sounds as if it should be easy but it isnt. 218w over 2hrs and 75km saturday was tough. Tapering for the the Iof W now![]()
Just got me a KOM for Strava a full 1 second aheadbeen after it for fking ages
and i was drenched after getting caught in a storm.
Cheers bob, I'll be taking it easy this week so i can keep up with you lot. You'll be all burnt out for the IoW then? Oh well...
Seriously, well done! TR working for you.
