Just done the TT course stage 2 I was 4s slower than last time heart rate up to 167 going dizzy at times and almost throwing up fk that was worse than before

I am planning to ride on Zwift some time Sunday afternoon so if our timings can match up I'll be happy to ride it with you - can't guarantee I will be up for a full gas effort the whole way though! Any idea what time you'll want to be riding?

I’ve just got a list of fairly mundane tasks to do tomorrow so whenever is good for you really. Maybe early rather than late afternoon. Fancy setting up a meet up or is it hassle?

I’m not sure if I’ll manage to go full tilt the whole way either thinking about it. I will try but I don’t know the course so I’m thinking I might mis judge it and have another go on Thursday hopefully.

I have to take my son to a football match tomorrow and although its usually 11am KO I have just had an email saying its been put back to 12.30. So based on that I won't be back until about 3pm = ready to ride 3.30 earliest, maybe 4pm to be safe. I don't know if that will be too late for you but if ok I am still up for it at about that time?
