Legs tired. Not much warm up. 16 seconds slower 😓 Rest day tomorrow with another attempt with fresh legs on Sunday is in order 😁 There is definitely time there to saveUsing the hack later to have another pop at the London TT stage. Legs tired from last night's race so not expecting to improve my time, but should give me a good workout. If anyone fancies joining me for a spin, feel free 👍 Will be on at about 5:30

It is early days but it does seem to be working. I've set my best ever 5 second power and in my ftp test today I went up from 268 to 277W which is my highest ever.
Anyway, I'll keep reporting back as I think some of you are interested in the results.
