On the days were there's a 30x 10sec @6million watts sprintervals I either skip it or ride a lap. The neo is amazeballs but as above it simply cannot respond the way it needs to so nearly every time is missed stars (I only allow myself to drop 1 star a ride)
That's why I stopped doing zwift work outs busting a gut to hit the target only to find out you get a fail, so I do trainerroad now

Ultimately it's not the fault of zwift though I think, How do smart trainers respond to short intervals (say 10sec) in TR?

Jeff, erg should have auto turned off for the 20m test. Nice ftp.
Mine was 261/250 and is too high putting me in B cat territory.i managed 200w over an Hour on the BB this am.i will see if I can get nearer my f tp on the chain gang ride Tuesday. Looking to race later in the week.
It did. My problem was ERG turned on right after the test when I nothing more in this world than to stop pedaling (which I did briefly and wasn't able to get them spinning again).

Like you, I'll be looking to ride closer to FTP on whatever rides I do this week. If the net of the ZA is just that I end up pushing closer to FTP for the races, then it'll have been worth it.

Cramp in tight quad near end which makes warm down of 15m pretty annoying. Qr worked loose on 4th 270w at 4m so had to stop and kick it back to ensure I finished- too close to the end!

Have good evening meal, lots of fluids of the right type, and a big breakfast.Just don't go off too hard. Remember you can refill water and replenish foods/cocoa cola at chalet reynard.

Wind is the issue apparently, 80km/hr on the top today. Unsure of wind for tomorrow, currently strong for prediction :sad:
