Some stuff is based on level, but some I'm sure is just based on the number of 'drops' you have and hence can spend. Have a look in the garage, bikes then Specialised - you can get the bike you ride IRL for Zwift 👍 @Norry1 rides his Cannondale SystemSix .

just watched most of that. Seems harsh I guess? Considering they punished him for something he did before they created the rules. I don’t buy the ‘I got the bike because it’s got cool wheels’ but though. He should prob admit he was lazy and didn’t want to put the work in.
either way... it does highlight the problems with racing online. It’s so easy to game the system and so hard to detect if someone’s determined.
Yeah, me too but can't see it in the garage. I think (someone correct me if wrong) that if you choose the new off-road routes then it puts you on a mountain bike. Then, if the steering isn't working properly it doesn't let you go off-road and so you can only ride the main routes.
Definitely buggy! Bkool would be proud 🤣

you can’t get much at level 20. You need to hit levels as well as have the drops to get the best bikes. I’m ok though as I have the tron bike. I did watch a vid of guy putting various set ups through a sim. And the tron was a close match to the other quick bikes on rolling courses. I would like a flat cap though...

There is also the Wheel of Fortune each time you climb the Alpe du Zwift which offers caps helmets and a set of lightweight wheels but I believe it is pure chance what you get and have heard of people with a big collection of caps and no wheels despite multiple ascents
I’m not in great form at the moment either @peterob but give me a week or twoIt certainly looks like the platform update had a significant impact on the times (there's no way I should be able to go faster than the likes of Lee and Al when I'm still crocked). Fairest thing to do is not to count this week's results as part of the league.

That’s my experience too. I mean I did get the wheels after about 25 goes. But I also have about 30 pairs of gloves! (No caps👎)
