I did my first race in a while as well which went ok. Came 6th in B. 5 laps of London Classique in the 15.15 race.

It was a big group that we ended up in. No way to break free from it. I went with about 1km out to see if I could hold it. As anticipated .... I couldn't Once riders started coming past me I sat up - didn't realise so many ZP C riders were in the same group. If I'd known I may have played it differently, but then, maybe not.

Enjoyed the race. Hard work. Almost dropped a few times, but managed to stick in there. Saw @Brusgaard a lot in the same group, but the group was too big to even attempt to work together.

Short briefing. I was in a doctor yesterday and diagnose was inflamed piriformis. Need to live with that for sometime because it's been bother quite a long time, i hope it's not chronical. I have now 2-week prescription what suppose to work for that. If problems continue after that then i go to MRI. Here is easy to go MRI because i don't need doctors referral for that.

Well after purchasing an AppleTV 4K in December for a simplified setup, I’ve found that as of today it is bricked. Called Apple support and the unit needs to go back to them for replacement.

With my new setup there’s not much spare space so difficult to get a laptop, so a few days off for me!

First zwift race in 3 months tonight. That will hurt tomorrow.
Even though I basically spent the whole time trying to keep my nose out of the wind I felt on the limit the whole way through, but it felt class to be in a race again.

I hope too. Tomorrow i go to MRI, i just had a time. I want to be sure what is a real problem, is it really a piriformis or something else. After that it suppose to give me better information what i can do about it.

I can't do Wednesdays, but if there's enough interest I'd be happy to start setting up Thursday night meet-up races again?

Anyone interested yet, or still on hols or too warm for indoor cycling?!

As you won't be allowed to ride with C, I'll add myself to B. We may both get dropped early, or manage to hang on until the A's storm past Hopefully some other CCer B's can join the fun too (and lend a wheel )
