Hope it clears up for you.

Do you know the cause and can physio or other treatment fix it?

Physio told me it's a piriformis what irritates my sciatica nerve and reflects to calf. Might take some time to recover for this, don't know can physic do tricks with that. I have done stretching etc. and nothing didn't help much yet. Maybe it's a sign that i need to stretch little bit more often than what i do. If it doesn't get any better in a next few days i will go to doctor and ask to x-ray my back and hip to make sure that all is fine in there.

Get to the Doc. I chased a back problem, that wasn't, for 6 weeks. Now waiting for a vascular surgery appointment.

Got baby to watch me zwift for 50 minutes today. Mesmerised by the drivetrain going round and then fell asleep. Would be amazing if this kept happening!

My 23 month old gets very excited when I show signs of preparing for a Zwift ride.

He likes to help get two drinks bottles filled with water and ice cubes, then help with the ratchet on my shoes and finally setup a bean-bag on the floor where he sits with his mum and shouts ‘faster faster’ like a directeur sportif!

Signed up for the 17:10 flat race around London with @Brusgaard . I'm in Cat C, so my first aim is to hold on to the group initially, and if that works OK then it will all be down to wheel sucking until Northumberland Ave cllimb. Survive that, and assuming I can still see and haven't passed out, then i should be able to sit in the group until the first lap climb up Whitehall. It's 3 laps in total, so I expect to get dropped here, but as my aim is to podium in C, I'll be looking out for my direct competitors.

This is my first race in ages, so not sure how it's going to pan out. I'm sure Steen with let me sit on his wheel

Well after purchasing an AppleTV 4K in December for a simplified setup, I’ve found that as of today it is bricked. Called Apple support and the unit needs to go back to them for replacement.

With my new setup there’s not much spare space so difficult to get a laptop, so a few days off for me!

Just looked at your results. Looks like you were in a big bunch with the winners of C and a bunch of B's. Maybe lost on the sprint? Good going anyway. Also looks like @Brusgaard was with you as well. How did it go?

I did my first race in a while as well which went ok. Came 6th in B. 5 laps of London Classique in the 15.15 race.
