Zwift insider verified time was 1:32:02. My plan was throw that old time 1:28:34 to trash bin but no chance.

edit. but i ain't gonna leave it in here, i will try again.
If it's any consolation your watts were higher this time! More drafting last time maybe?

Yes maybe but i have different trainer now. That older time is with Bkool Smart Pro1 and now i ride with Elite Drivo 2. I think that makes a bigger difference.

That is strange. I thought Zwift always used the watts reported by the turbo as the basis of the speed calculation. Did you perhaps push more downhill this time, or have you gained weight since last?

I just check the power curve from Strava and a weight was same 82kg 1-year ago. I don't remember did i use power meter as a power source last year, can that explain that?. Today i need to stop pedaling once because chain drop from the chainring but that doesn't effect much. I adjust cage closer to change ring, i hope the problem is solved.

What time for the Strava segment?

Edit: just had a quick look at Juha's Strava and there are 2 Segments we can use tonight. One is called Surrey Hills Official (https://www.strava.com/activities/2212884194/segments/55877943383) and starts from the off as soon as the countdown finishes. Start is on Tower Bridge heading back across the bridge to Southwark and NOT to the start/finish banner.

The other segment is the official Zwift one posted earlier 'Surrey Hills 1 Lap (Zwift Verified) (https://www.strava.com/activities/2212884194/segments/55877943371). This segment looks to start from the BASE of the first hill and NOT on Tower Bridge.

I'm guessing both will finish at the conclusion of the MeetUp when we see the time pop up and we go through the 'fence'.

I think my preference is to use the Zwift Verified segment, this allows us to roll, or otherwise, to the base of the climb but I'll go with the flow.
If you want to carry on riding after a full lap Zwift will send you back to the hills if you are interested

Paul wants to gun it off the line!!
We just need to 100% agree which Strava segment to use ... the one 'off the line', i.e. from Tower Bridge, or the Zwift Verified segment which starts from the base of the first climb. All times posted so far are for the latter, so technically you don't need to blast from the off (although we all know we will  )

Let's use the Zwift verified segment to keep consistent with our previous races. And yes, it's going to be full gas from the very start this time - which means the section before the timed segment starts is all about positioning rather than overall time

Actual start of Surrey Hill route start from the Tower Bridge but actual lap start when Fox hill climb starts and end of a lap is in a same place where the Fox hill start. After full lap Zwift send you back to the Fox hill automatically if you keep on riding.

Do you know what distance the lap start is from where the meet up starts from?
