I’ve actually twinged my back little this morning so I’m not sure if I’m going to risk it or not....

Tommy, our cat "Albert" sleeps in a box right next to my turbo. It's really annoying when he pops up his head and gives me the "stare" with his creepy eyes.
If he decides to have a nap at race time, I fear I may struggle to stay focused, and you know how important that is.

Lars, we have three cats in our house and I honestly can’t decide which one I dislike the most. In fact it changes daily... Could it be the one who refuses to eat anything but the most expensive cat food? The one who’s cost me over a thousand pounds in vets fees? Or the one who has consistently gone out of her way to crap On my sofa!

You sir just earned yourself a solid 5/10

I would have given you more but for the fact that if you do badly in the race the cat is within easy reach!

Oi! :stop:

There’s a reason they don’t put convicts in charge of sentencing. You better leave the excuse scoring to someone who’s beyond reproach!

More like a twinge :reading:

Beyond reproach!

More like beyond the pale:okay:

14 of us confirmed for the race at 7pm - plus maybe a couple of others who decide to take an ibroprufen and MTFU...?

As before, if you're riding in zwift in advance you'll get the meet up notification about 5 minutes before the 7pm start and will be transfered to the start which will be a couple of hundred yards from the start/finish banner. Once we start, let's please ride steadily as a group to the banner, and start racing from there (the strava segment starts at the banner).

See you there....
