Ok just done a little research about teams in your zwift power profile go to your settings and put in CycleChat and we have our own team  but not officially

Is there a benefit to being in a team? I don't think I have seen team races before either.

Got on the turbo this am just to check my knee and...no loud clicking. WTF. Just gone.

I remember how easy it was to carry momentum on my pro but with the NEO if i miss time and i am in the wrong gear i can find myself trying to push 4-5w/k just to crest a rise:rolleyes:

Looking at your stats I reckon you are right. But you ran at an average of about 310w with peaks and drops and i reckon you could probably hold at least 300 plus the whole length especially with a higher cadence. HR was low so more in the tank perhaps, as was cadence.
Just pulled the ride up on Golden Cheetah. 311, 275, 234, 237 for the four KOM climbs with associated cadences of 58, 64, 55, 74 and heart rates of 152, 162, 162, 162. I recall being out of the saddle most of the first 3 climbs and in the saddle for the final ascent.

There's clearly a big drop in power output over the 4 efforts, which is an area of known weakness for me. The HR data would indicate there's still a little left in the tank -- ~165 tends to be the tip-over point for me. I can ride @165 for extended periods. It's draining both physically and mentally. I ought to be able to push into the 170s for short periods of time. I certainly have from time to time in the various races.

The HR consistency is fascinating given different in Cadence. It might suggest there is more in the tank if you can find a consistent Cadence you are happy with? Problem is although it's only an hour it's a tiring hour with only short periods of recovery
