Shortish but none-the-less enjoyable and peaceful walk with the dog around the Estate this Morning……..As I needed to be at work super early. Feels like it’s going to be an absolute roaster here - already 🔥

A little nod from Strava on this one being a ‘milestone’ activity too 😎

I think Strava’s calorie burning estimate is a tad optimistic!

Oh i'm sure.......

I can only enter my height, weight etc as asked and walk / run / cycle as appropriate.
***But no: i havent based my calorific intake or anything else around Strava's calculations.
I use it to log miles / activities - not make a diet plan

I’ve noticed even Garmin and Strava don’t agree. It’s just a guesstimate I think.

Today’s early movement. Title says it all. Terriers are weird at times…..

‘We’ like to mix up our route. So today’s walk was semi-urban.

Being an 8 month old puppy: and because of bone / joint growth - the advice is to stretch out exercise for an additional 10 minutes a day, per month.

Hence today’s walk was the furthest / longest to date. And a gorgeous Morning it was too 😎

Todays walk ❤️

And Lowestoft gets classed as a derelict / dead / run-down / deprived area. It might not be the best in places. But open your mind. Open your eyes; and explore a bit…….

Nice chance of a seaside walk, and getting paid for it, too.. 👍
Leaving the lads to unload my trailer, I trotted off for an hour around Cromer. No ice cream shops open, sadly, but I did have a bacon & cheese thingie.

Just under 3 miles before the crowds arrived..

Leaving the lads to unload my trailer, I trotted off for an hour around Cromer. No ice cream shops open, sadly, but I did have a bacon & cheese thingie.

It was a bit grey this morning, but still good to stretch the legs after a 3 hour drive!
