Pleasant 22 miler after work today. I took the Silkin Way (Route 55) from Telford to Ironbridge. I took several wrong turns and ended up doing some MTB'ing - luckily my Crosstrail was upto it

50 miles into the NY moors from Northallerton and back - roughly 3,300ft of climbing in blazing sunshine with amazing scenery. It was glorious.

5.5 mile time trial on my ancient Moulton, 15mins 22secs, pretty pleased, 21.5mph.
No warm up as the back tyre went flat as soon as I got on the bike.. it then jumped out of 2nd gear because the cable was badly adjusted in the rush to get the wheel back in....nearly sorted for the 12 hour next month

Extended commuting today (it's all i seem to have time for nowadays  ), maybe 18 miles total.
About 10 miles in the city on the singlespeed...first ride out on it.
48/15...i can easily maintain 15mph, but the wind combined with inclines soon slows you down.
That and maybe 8 miles on the normal bike, which seemed a world apart from an older bike.
Not a good evening for commuting...too many people rushing around wanting to get home.

115Km down to Creaton in Northamptonshire. Longest ride so far on the Burls Titannium, just changed to a 20mm shorter stem last week - even more comfy now. Lots of lovely sunshine too.....great

I thought I'd watch the Paraguay game and go for a short recovery ride but it was so nice out there I ended up doing an extra 25 miles, 55 in total. I ended up with a route that took me just past Bridge of Allan and came back via the Wallace Monument.

Today we bought the Thetford Forest "Discovery Pass" which gives us inclusive parking and a few discounts within the High Lodge Centre. Theres plenty of cycle routes there including some MTB specific courses. We normally stick to the easy/beginner ones but today went on the Red (Intermediate) route for the first time. We only did the shorter of the two routes at about 5 miles but was superb fun. We also did the long Green route after our lunch back at the lodge.

I rode some of trails in Bedgbury Forest in Kent today, including my first ever go at some of the Red Trails. I will def be back for more as soon as possible, but with something more than rather narrow semi-slick tyres on both ends of the bike.....

Good fun though!
