GBB, do you recognise this place.
Cut the end off my video though:angry: It was the building that would of been the offices, that is now knocked down.
Did 29.96 miles today. Saw a goat that had got out the farm park again. You get to see it on the video:biggrin:
I saw this women(older women) about 3 times, you miss it in the video as i waved at her with the phone camera hand. That is not my breathing by the way before anyone asks:laugh:
Saw someone from the club aswell. Lovely day as you can tell by the video. Not much wind, slight headwind when i rounded that first tight-ish courner all the way down to the end, but still kept my 20mph speed:becool:

62km of undulating local roads, 800m climbing in around 2 hours 20. A superb ride, especially drafting a tractor for a few km! He was all smiles and waves as he let me past on a downhill section. It was the kind of morning I love to ride; cool, no wind and the threat of rain (it spotted for a bit but nothing to make me stop an put the rainproof on).

Sunny here:thumbsup: Did just over 3 hours but no idea how far/fast as I have no computer. There are only hilly rides here and I soon find out how fit I am.. Not fit enough!

Sometimes if it is possible to cycle for an hour or more without seeing a vehicle in either direction. Sometimes I take a map but the 1:1.75 scale doesn't show the minor roads so I invariably get lost because those are the roads I like to use. But so long as I can tell where the sun is, I know roughly the way I need to go.

Every ride ends with a climb as I live on a hilltop:ohmy::sad: Knew I should have picked a valley..

hilly club run in the high peak. 38 miles at average of 13mph. didn't get too wet, although it pissed down on the way to the meet-up.

coke, cappo and coffee cake at the chestnut centre near chapel-en-le-frith.

Just back from a great ride with SharkyBloke, Fossyant and Dan Bo of this parish.

Met Dan Bo and we just got to Stockport in time to meet the other two. Off round bits of Cheshire under Fossy's directions, a bit of rain but good riding nonetheless. The weather put the mockers on Swiss Hill so we went up The Wizard instead.

From there we went to Jodrell Bank for cake and a brew, no-one had tea ;), twas coffee or hot chocolate.

From there we went on a roundabout route to head back, Sharkybloke left us to head back home and the three of us made our way towards home, the sun came out and it was some very nice lane bashing back to Stockport.

Cheers all  Nice to meet you Sharky, hope you didn't get caught in the rain at the park, and a good ride was had by all (I think). I got caught in a cloudburst after tagging a bit extra onto the ride.
