Your Bike in front of a Church

Wiveliscombe St Richard of Winchester Catholic Church today. I like these unashamedly modern churches built in the 1960s and 70s.

I really ought to go back to Bristol to see the RC cathedral in Clifton - I've done a concert or two in there, and my memory is that it's stunning inside.

@All uphill isn't it though! Sadly a builders van was parked in front of the building so I couldn't fit in the entire frontage. It was in Wye in Kent. Lovely little village who's local cafe did a fabulous veggie pasty as well.

I've taken to keeping my bike inside the church. Some of the passers by are short on committment to the 10 commandments, especially no 8.
In the deserted, yet to be repurposed, choir vestry.
Not exactly photogenic.

Not exactly a church, but Chester Cathedral standalone bell-tower which i don't live far from. And a nice sound they make too!

Silverton. They were just opening up for bell-ringing. The vicar invited me to take the bike inside for safe-keeping.

Usually the excessive wind I encounter on rides is self emanating, but recently it has been meteorological in origin and never in a useful direction.
