A set of Shimano CX50 cantilever brakes. On setting up the brakes on my 'cross bike, I discovered that the brakes a) had a rounded off and seized adjuster screw on one cantilever arm and b) were crap. So off to eBay for new ones.

Some Campagnolo 10 speed shifters and a Campag Ultra Torque chainset. The nice thing about much of the cycling world disappearing up its own fundament while chasing the next marginal gain through the latest tech is that stuff which was bleeding edge a few short years ago can now be picked up for pennies.
