Picked up a new pair of Dura-Ace crank arms cheap-ish. It so happens I've a pair of 52/36 Dura-Ace chainrings sat unused.
Only one? I reckon your storeroom must be as big as mine.

This will take some explaining to the accounts department: three colours of nail varnish for marking up the three toolsets I'm working on...

Not like the time someone I know went to shop to get some a book of stamps with petty cash. For work gets to the till they would not scan. The shop assistant just reached for the condoms by the till and scanned them.

Just lately have purchased;

Pair of GP5000's for the Stayer allroad
Garmin HR monitor
Madison gloves and marino base layer
Alpine Stars gloves
Knog scout security alarm gizmo
Stayer t-shirt/poster combo
Giro shoes for the better half

And non cycling related;
Camping hammer
Set of elastomer spring replacements for the Linn turntable

Just ordered a Ravemen PR1600 dual lens front light from Fawkes Cycles.

My Halfords one was dying anyhow (wouldn't hold a charge for more than a day or two), and then the screw holding it to the mounting strap broke yesterday. Not worth trying to bodge a fix to that when it is starting to fail.

Very nice.

When I commuted through the lanes of Devon I used a beast of a light with a massive battery hanging off the crossbar. That too had high and low beams but the lights were sufficiently large and spaced out to make oncoming cars think I was driving a tractor, which came in handy. I recall on one occasion I managed to illuminate a low flying helicopter.

My commute is through the lanes of the Vale of Glamorgan - pretty similar roads. And weekdays when WFH, I usually go out after work, and in the winter that will also be in the dark.

Was giving the bike a quick Mickle a few weeds ago and noticed the inner greenguard layer of the rear tyre was showing

I was a bit shocked how worn it was, intially i thought it was a small damaged section, but its the full circumference.
I realised its probably 2-3 years old 7-10k miles on it much of it on quite an abrasive surface.

Today I treated myself to a couple of new tyres....
I Just need to get around to fitting them!

That's not worn, that's cooked at gas mark 6. Or maybe used in a high intensity gamma radiation field??

Never seen anything like it!
