Enjoyed both is different ways, think I preferred the later though.

Agreed! It's a sports movie that isn't a sports movie, in an odd way - very, very good.

@SatNavSaysStraightOn I like Defiance too - I'm not sure that it's anything that special, at heart, but it's a good story with good performances. If you liked that, you might like "In Darkness" and "Army of Crime" too.

The mule. A very odd Australian film about a drug smuggler. The film mostly takes place in a hotel room, with the police waiting for "the mule" to take a dump.

The Rats.

Was actually quite surprised by this one,very entertaining and not bad.It is low budget but the rats do look the part even though some are cgi it is still a movie i would watch again.

Whiplash. A great film. If I say JK Simmons's role of the band leader isn't far removed from Drill Sergeant Hartman in Full Metal Jacket you'll get the idea.
