Yeah, your watts were probably accurate, but what I meant was that real life rides are mixed together with virtual rides:

Probably an old bkool glitch, since all the "power" rides predates 2016.
Ah, I see what you mean. On Zwift there is a 'Zwift verified' KoM which I'm presuming is separate to real world rides. Are Bkool rides mixed up with real world? That would be a bit silly of Strava.

Strange how rides are mixed in that section. Unless someone actually did the ride with a power meter, I guess the "power" rides are the BKool rides.
You're right. I just looked.

I Just noticed your new tag line on your Avatar. Do you not need the inhaler ?
I need the inhaler, but apparently you don't need a TUE for an inhaler :okay: Not sure about the Montelukast tablets though that I have to take 2 hours before I exercise ..... better check the WADA site in case I get tested on Zwift

Edit - just checked WADA site and Montelukast is allowed and doesn't need a TUE :okay: Seems I am a clean athlete (I use the word 'athlete' very loosely!)

Playing with stems to try and simulate the position of the Orbea Gain on my GT Grade. So far I've extended out about 20mm and down about 50mm. This is roughly where a Gain would be with the 90mm 30 degree stem I have on the GT.

Jeezzz it feels low compared to what it was. A ride is in order to see if I can get on with the new position

Mmmmmm may need a new saddle for that position . I'm now putting pressure on areas I really don't want to do that to:headshake:. The hands are ok, as is the back and neck .

A longer ride tomorrow in z2/3 with a relatively high cadence, for me, as that's when I get the soreness come to the areas that shall not be named .

Gonna try to get to west norwood thursday .

Thanks, I'll give it a visit. I would cycle but it's over 130 km round trip, which is beyond me now, at least if I still wanted to see on the way back.

Which means a car trip and more room for goodies! :okay:

Some other nice shops and a cafe so it's a good place to take the other half, possible brownie points and therefore more freedom to spend ;)

It wasn't quite low enough by the looks of it.

-20mm of spacers and an inverted 80mm 30 degree stem looks closer. This will be painful tomorrow.

Just as well this is on a trainer, hate to think what I'd be like irl with this setup first time out :surrender:

TB how different is the fit to your current frame? Looks miles out. Should you be looking at a larger frame?
