Since you look like a psychopath and you've gone out of your way to get a dog that looks like a psychopath, it's a bit rich to get shirty when people glance at you like you might be a bit on the dangerous side and go out of their way to give you a wide berth.

Animal right activists... yeah I get it and I also condemn animal cruelty BUT when these people start talking and making speeches which usually contains threatening language I feel it's time to set the human right activists onto them ^_^

I want to kill you!! ^_^
Humans are the biggest vermin on the planet, everyone knows that.

When your salesman persuaded me to transfer to the Business broadband + line rental package, I specifically asked him if I would be sent a new router and he said that it wasn't necessary, so I wouldn't be getting one. The fact is that my current router is over 10 years old and does not support ADSL2+ so I won't get the speed gains that the salesman promised me and which led me to sign up for the package in the first place. So, given that I am now on a 2 year contract for a service that I can't make full use of, I would be grateful if you would send me an ADSL2+ wireless router ASAP, and free of charge - thank you!
I can't say it because the TalkTalk customer service lines are closed for today.

I will be saying it tomorrow, though!
Actually, other things took priority so I didn't make the call until this afternoon.

So ... I got put on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to a customer service rep. (Interesting new take on the music they play - instead of playing whole songs, they fade snippets in and out. Somehow, it distracts you from just how long you've been holding the line!) Eventually, I got to speak to someone, started to say what I'd written above, and he declared it a technical problem and promptly put me on hold to transfer me to a technician!

Back on hold and another long wait listening to the musical snippets. Eventually, a tech guy answers, and I start my spiel again, but he interrupts me and asks who put me through to him? This isn't a technical problem, it's a straightforward support issue, I'm speaking to the wrong man!

Oh great! I was sure that he was about to bounce me back to the other department but he actually decided to be helpful, put me on hold while he personally sorted it out for me! He spoke to the supervisor in the other department who apparently agreed that a new wireless router was needed but wanted to charge me for it. Tech guy told me that he said "Oh, come on - you can't charge the customer when the original salesman cocked up the order process!"

So ... a free, gratis and for nothing ADSL2+ wireless router is now on its way to me. And - bonus - I told the tech. guy how close I am to the exchange and he said that he'd do his best to get me as close to the 24 Mb/s maximum speed that he could! (I used to get about 5 Mb/s, and after switching to the new service with my old router, I was getting 6.0-8.0 Mb/s.)

Result! :becool:

You implied that you knew all about it a few days ago. So obviously you have no need then, of the new and accurate information, that could be helpful to you. I do not need to waste my time explaining this to you then.

To the new boy in the office: have you applied for any jobs this week? no? here's a heads up - you should.

I could never be a manager. I hate knowing stuff like that!

:stop: Where do I start to explain why your plan has no chance of being successful.

 Do you ever really listen to anything I say. You might "hear" it, but do you listen?

You walk about all day with headphones on listening to music, and then you wonder why nobody speaks to you??

Oh yes, and don't give me a dirty look and slowly take your earphones out like it is a genuine inconvenience to you just because, shock horror, someone needs to speak to you. Your music isn't the most important thing in the world ever you know, you twat.

We did not leave your apartment in a disgusting state.
We spent ages cleaning before we left - we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. As such I don't appreciate you keeping 55 Euro as a cleaning charge, and I'll either get it back or cost you at lest ten times that in lost revenue.
