You cancelled the order but marked it as delivered, and you didn't contact anyone. Even though you have my email address, my mobile number and my mother's mobile and home numbers.
She's the one that was ringing up to ask where her groceries were as she's housebound. And got told her address wasn't valid, after 2.5 years of delivering every week.
Yes it's snowing and you can't get the vans out.
Yes a supermarket has no responsibility to provide a service.
Just let someone know, that's all I ask, then we can organise something.
