Thanks for the wishes. All is ok now. More sleep and a little more self worth make a problem easier.

Yes, I know I'm good at my job.
OK, I'm well thought of by senior management.
I'm an asset to the company; yes I take that as a given
Well thought of by co- workers; that's nice. Not strictly true, but nice of you to say so.
The Departmental Director speaks well of me; so he should given I caught him with......Lets leave that one shall we ?
Blah, blah, blah

So why, when I'm walking out of your office, do I feel like Premiere League football manger who has just been given a public vote of confidence by the club chairman? Could it be the rumours of imminent redundancy are true and your scared I will have it on my toes before you have the contract in place?
Bye-bye.

It is outrageous to expect someone to wait 45 minutes to be relieved at work for a loo break. I know you are short staffed but who's fault is that. I know of at least 3 rangers who were twiddling their thumbs today and needing the cash so could have come in (Yup, I read facebook too). 45 fricking minutes is outrageous. 3 calls to answer a basic call of nature on a long 4 hours and 45 minute afternoon without so much as a water break, let alone a loo break is no bloody good enough. If it happens again, I'll shut my bit down, and turn the power off and just head for the loos. Yup, you will sack me for gross misconduct but better than wetting myself thank you very much you insensitive pricks. Oh, and you'll be even shorter staffed then so up yours.
