Were you being played by Hugh Grant in a cheesy romcom?...That's nothing! I made eye contact with a stranger on the tube once!

I've wanted to say that to TVC a few times tooShut the f**k up, your jaw hasn't stopped all morning
Outside now, lets have a bare knuckle fight, do you know who I am?I've wanted to say that to TVC a few times too
How the ef do you spend £120 on TV?! Add every porn channel going?!You boast that you spend £120 a month on your Sky subscription. Don't you sometimes think they saw you coming?
I had no idea it was possible, he might have been lying, it wouldn't be unknown, but he does seem to have every package going and super duper broadband. How the ef do you spend £120 on TV?! Add every porn channel going?!
I have 150Mbps broadband (and get that most of the time), telephone and hundreds of channels (no premium sport or premium movie channels though) for £50 per month. It would cost me £20 for the Sky movie package and £36.75 for movies and sport but that's a maximum of £86.75. I've now pushed this post over into boring territory.I had no idea it was possible, he might have been lying, it wouldn't be unknown, but he does seem to have every package going and super duper broadband.
I have freeview and BT basic, so I have no idea how much it is possible to spend on Sky. Anyway, it's the same bloke that Lullabelle talks about in this thread, he is a complete wuckfit.I have 150Mbps broadband (and get that most of the time), telephone and hundreds of channels (no premium sport or premium movie channels though) for £50 per month. But that doesn't make it right to spend more a month on shite football coverage than 90% of the world's population have to live on.If there's other Sky boxes in the house then they'd add to the cost.

I can't disagree with your point, it's the fact that he boasts about it in order to make himself out to be superior to everyone else in the office that I find offensive. He has the right to spend/squander his money as he wishes. I don't understand the need to have access to all of the channels on offer but I respect the right for folk to purchase access to them all.
For some people, football is the be all and end all. And 120 a month wouldn't buy much in the way of tickets at matches would it?But that doesn't make it right to spend more a month on shite football coverage than 90% of the world's population have to live on.
