Mild again after overnight rain.
I was cutting the laws at work and weeding yesterday in my T shirt..
Mind you I cut the grass on Jan 2nd last year too so same weather as last yr

Here in Nottingham it’s windy with showers. So our morning of gardening is cancelled and I’m warming up the garage ready for a few hours tinkering.
It’s not as windy as yesterday mind. Our 62 mile ride was certainly a tale of 2 halves. Really hard work, quite slow and head down into the wind on the way out. The way home was supposed to be easier but we all seemed to want to take advantage of the wind and ride faster.

Nice to be out and about in.

But I don't think it should be this consistently warm in January, in the UK.

Gales forecast for tomorrow though.. Better go batten some hatches (polytunnel doors)
