God morning all.
I woke up with a start about 5.30 of the am clock. I proceeded to knocked the top off of a zit on my nose and it bled a lot, so I had to dive into the bathroom to get some tissue to stem the flow.😂
There is a clear sky outside at the moment, but it is due to cloud over later on.
More of the same today, some exercises and a little time on the turbo.
I also need a haircut, so I will get MrsP to drive me to the barbers for a trim up.

Good morning folks, slept well with a few vivid dreams with their usual jumble of half memories ( the factory I passed looked remarkably like the Dalriada on Porty prom ). I blame Mrs Tkk as she fitted a new mattress topper to the bed yesterday😁
More sun with the rain promised for late this evening. More overnight shenanigans with the younger newly arrived hedgehog bullying the older incumbent at the feeding station 🦔🦔.

Good Day. 
again which is good as I have outdoor tasks today, mainly laying a couple of York stone flags and preparing a small area for grass seeding before the forecast rain arrives. I've been AWOL recently, mainly as the days were a bit packed; Friday was Mrs P's treatment plus shopping etc. in preparation for #3 son's birthday, Saturday essentials (aka cycling), yesterday family day for son's birthday...............I need a rest.
Shifting York stone flags this morning will be a challenge. It is something I have "agreed" to do today.........every married man will know the meaning of "agreed" in this context. The stone is very heavy, I just have my fingers crossed none of it will need cutting. Stone cutters scare the living daylights out of me!!
