MrsDs 69th birthday today.
I shall be taking her out for lunch in Lynmouth later, but ssshh - she doesn't know yet.

Hmmm yeah, the dreaded turbo. The prospect is rearing it's ugly head with change in the weather. Weeks and weeks of glorious sunshine and long rides outside are fast become a dim memory.

I am in Liverpool and have not set a day to return back to Lincoln, I close to stopping the dent and windscreen work but still carry on the import business as that takes little time and effort, retirement is getting closer.

Cold here and windy

it was sunny before when I nipped out to return something to M&S

but cloudy now
Met Office says it will stay dry
but also says 50% chance of rain - so they do seem to be spreading their information to cover all eventualities

apparently we have the 2 youngest grandkids over night tonight
and all day tomorrow

the eldest is staying at home and going shopping with "the other Gran" tomorrow

let's just say that she is a lot easier than they boys!!!

I got a walk in while it was dry apart from a couple of spots half way round. Forecast says it might be some more rain this afternoon so I’m glad I got out.

Chilli con carne and rice ready meal for lunch, mainly as it was to be used by today.

Pea and ham soup and bread and gutter for lunch, been for a walk, now waiting for a parcel to come.
Only 15c today but ar least it's dry.

Lunch was rice pudding. Tea will be thick veg soup.

Trip to Market Harborough has been survived... MrsPete drove so I can cancel my ticket to Alton Towers now.. 👍
