We have just plugged in realistic water use data on the United Utilities website re having a water meter installed and our new bill of £471 reduces to £221!

We shall be applying for a water meter tomorrow!

I don’t know about United Utilities, but, most companies offer a “trial period” of (say) two years, after which you can switch back if you wish.

PS. As a UU shareholder, perhaps, I shouldn’t have brought this to your attention. 😀

It’s to be a cold night with snow starting soon and to continue until around lunch time tomorrow. I’ll need to walk up the town in it as I have the optician at 10.15.

Unforgotten has been one of ITV's better series, right from series 1.

Excellent, originally a BBC series I think. If I remember rightly there were two series - both excellent.
