6 degrees and sunny here at the moment.

Lunch was a couple of boiled eggs with smoked salmon and veg. Very tasty and quite healthy 😇

On her last trip to Lidl Mrs Tkk came back from Aldi with some tortilla chips. There was the remnants of a bag of Doritos in the cupboard and I was just crushing them, still in the bag, with a rolling pin as they make an excellent topping for Macaroni cheese. As I was about to bin the bag I noticed a list of ingredients, It was a bit of an eye opener, I know the Dorito's are flavoured but there's a lot of extra stuff in there.

On her last trip to Lidl Mrs Tkk came back from Aldi with some tortilla chips. Planned Fell walk at weekend was put back to Mon next week.

Currently, 3°C, very foggy and dripping wet.

I can sleep anywhere, anytime. 45 years of shift work, and not regular shifts meant my sleeping pattern was far from anywhere near normal.
