Can't sleep.

Night night all .
I am not even in bed yet . I only start thinking about not being asleep if once it’s gets to about 3am, then I listen to radio for a bit and that normally does the trick.
I will be up at 8.15 how ever much sleep I get . I’ve always worked shifts and just don’t worry about sleeping or not sleeping . Think I’ve been quite lucky that way. 😀 Sometimes the more you worry about not sleeping, the less sleep you get.

Hope you all get the amount of sleep you need and see you all in the afternoon.

NHS has a 3 tier banded pricing structure. You are having Tier 3 treatment which is the highest band.

Your new top teeth should be matched to the natural colour of your bottom teeth - which they would be after a routine polish. This is usually included in the £26-ish, 6-monthly routine check up, scale & polish.

No one naturally has bright white teeth AFAIK.

Not even Jurgen Klop ????

Good morning all from a misty, murky Barnet.
A mate of mine is coming down so we can go for a walk with the dogs a little later on before we retire to the Mitre for an escape committee meeting at lunchtime.

Good morning from a sunny but chilly Dorset. I forgot to mention that our Tuesday walking group usually go for coffee and a natter after our walk. Three of the ladies go to the Methodist Church hall ( Tea, Coffee, £1, includes biscuit ) a further two ladies go to the Turkish Cafe ( Coffee " reasuringly expensive " ) but the bulk pop into 'Spoons ( tea, coffee £1.25 unlimited free refills ). I almost always have a pint of one of the guest ales, on Tuesday I had a pint of Hobgoblin, it was on offer at £1.49 🍺👍
Off for a run soon, then will finally get round to insulating the loft hatch.

We are having new carpets fitted throughout the house on Monday so I need to finish all the painting before that.
