NHS has a 3 tier banded pricing structure. You are having Tier 3 treatment which is the highest band.

Your new top teeth should be matched to the natural colour of your bottom teeth - which they would be after a routine polish. This is usually included in the £26-ish, 6-monthly routine check up, scale & polish.

No one naturally has bright white teeth AFAIK.

Thanks.
Once he explained that I can't have it done on NHS I told him "I am willing to pay, I just need to know that, for £100, its going to work".
He told me to wait until this course of treatment is finished and we will discuss it.
So I am no wiser.

Back home now, minus all my top teeth.
Not a pleasant experience.
This is a new dentist and he disagrees with the previous guy who decided to grind them down. This one has done that but thinks it won't work and I will have to have all the roots out.
I have 3 more appointments before the palate is fitted.
I'm waiting to go into hospital for something similar to be done. They're a wee bit nervous given previous reactions to local and general anaesthetic.

An MRI showed up a hole in my top jaw. Removal of the teeth will make it easier to see how bad the hole actually is.

Not nice. I am sure you will handle it better than me as I am a real whimp when it comes to things like that.
