Morning folks 
Weather is grim...cold, windy,rain lashing, its the time of year when i wonder how any wildlife survives out there. Will be spinning the roller today, my method is to select a gear i can maintain for 30 mins and grind away, so far ive gone from 5th to 7th gear and now flirting with 8th at level 12. When i can do level 16 in top gear i'll be able to ride up a wall!
