Morning all.
Another day when I can't be bothered going to Aldi. Daughter did me a chicken salad yesterday so I still have food to eat.
I will instead watch my recorded footy from yesterday.
BTW
I may be the only person not to have watched the film The God Father. Well I watched it last night,,, it was very good.

What a depressing few weeks, first losing Cycleops and then Oldwheels. I hope I don't pop off to Valhalla any time soon.

Excellent film. I think 1-3 are currently on Prime, not checked NF.

Even better are the books.

Not a nice thought xx(

You ain't far wrong!
Never had a cold that lingered for so long.
Got through two large boxes of tissues so far and the cough medicine doesn't appear to be doing anything.

Coming up for 47 years combined. Does that count?

Long marriages can either be fantastic or dire ie genuinely loving & fulfilling or sticking together because it is easier or simply the only financially viable option. We know couples in both camps.

Personally, I got married at age 21, which imo is too young. At least it was for me. I probably should have had a few more relationships looking for, and before committing to, 'the one'.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.

I was much younger than that.

We have been married for a few year - 7 or 8 or something

anyway - anniversary is in April - I think
when we get closer I will sneak a look at the Champagne glasses her son got us for our wedding - they have the dates on
she never remembers anyway

actually not even sure I remembered this year - some time in June I started wondering if I had got her anything and couldn;t remember

in September I asked her if she thought I had remembered and she couldn't remember if I did or not - but if I didn't then she didn't either and if I did neither of us could remember if she did or not

Hope that's clear
