I am sitting on my car waiting for the new lady in my life to come out of the hairdresser's, feeling a tad peckish after a three hour drive I decided a bag of chips would go down nice, bag of chips more life a field of spuds fried up, anywhere in Lincolnshire would have made five portions out of it, damn nice they were as well. It was a bumpy ride over due to high winds but it was less than three hours for 150 miles and I did not hit any of the traffic that was predicted. Take care everyone, and in case I forget to say it again, thanks for being there and giving support through what has been a tough period.

Portions have got ridiculous there days.
When we have fish and chips, we order one 'small fish supper', basically a kids meal, and divide it between the two of us.
Never feel hungry afterwards.
No wonder there's so many little porkers around there days.

Chippie in my village a month back, two very poor quality and extremely small fish and chips £18.50 a huge bag of chips here were £2.80 and would easily have fed two people or more, Lincolnshire makes Yorkshire people look generous.

In my local chippy, if I buy a large haddock or cod and a normal portion of chips that is more than enough for MrsP and myself. It comes to £13 as well.
