It's raining out there again.
Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly goodies between 8.30 and 9.30, then I'll be out with the dog.
MrsP is going out to lunch with her other ladies from the pilates group, so I'll go up to the Mitre for a couple of ales and catch up on the local gossip and rumours.

Need to nip to Aldi as there are a few things I need. I have promised the family I will do a stirfry, I have the chicken and sauce but need the veggy bits go with it.

Hello, folks. I slept 11.00 - 2.30 and 4.00 - 7.20. Not perfect but good. I didn't spend the evening nodding off on the sofa. I'm sure this is because I rode yesterday. I badly need to find more riding time for my physical and mental wellbeing.

It's a major, major small person day. I collect #1SP at 8.30 (must get up), take her home for 6.00pm. Then I drive straight to Manchester to stay overnight looking after #2SP as her parents are away. Wednesday morning I have to get her up, breakfast and take her to nursery.

As I reward for this magnificent effort on Wednesday morning I'm going to a favourite Manchester cafe and Lusso is only 3 miles from my son's house. I might just pop in there if I'm passing 🤔🤔🤔

Good morning from a calm and grey Dorset. Mrs Tkk visited the Physio yesterday and unfortunately has a hamstring tear. That's about six weeks of no running training. Cycling is ok to do so I will drag the turbo out of the shed and set it up in the extension.

Off to Bridgwater for some shopping this morning.
Hoping that the road has now been cleared of fallen trees.
I assembled a table and chair yesterday and have got a printer desk to put together later on.

......... parish council Christmas meal this evening.

Hopefully not funded by the local tax payers?
