There is Good News and Bad News

The Good News is that I have found a shop in Runcorn (just over the bridge - 10 minutes on the bike and about the same in a car - called Gluten Free World - which makes cakes and sausage rolls and stuff
Should be great for my annoying Coeliac disease

The Bad News is that I found it when nosing around local restaurants and cafe to see which had low Hygiene rating
It is rated One!!!

I also found a really nice Indian restaurant is also rated as only One!!!

In other new SWMBO is not well and we are looking after the grand kids after school - so I will have to pick the youngest up from school myself and wait for the middle one to come on his bus and the oldest to wander in from her school

Still - they are good kids so I will be fine
(note - they BETTER be good kids - they know better than to annoy Pops
Exactly what the consequences are is ill defined deliberately !!!
I just hope I never have to come up with one!)

Techno fix using self tapping screws & penny washers - !

Made a start, appears to be doing the job - !
Now to seal the roof apexes with 150mm wide duck tape, but give them a clean first.
