Morning all :hello:

Staying in this morning as MrsD's expecting an IKEA furniture delivery for her office/hobby room.
Managed to sort out our minor storm damage yesterday, so all good here.

Looks good.
Never heard of Hedge Monkey
It's brewed by the Glastonbury Brewery, so I doubt that it gets 'oop north'. It's an excellent pint but only brewed in small batches, so not always available.

Good day. Quite a good sleep last night. The sky is clear, no breeze and about 5ā°. Excellent. Only two things on the agenda for today, cycling and the weekly session with my PT.

I need to leave at 8.50, so had better crack on. Is it just me or does everyone need an hour to have breakfast and get their kit on?

I'll be playing with the borrowed Garmin Varia on this ride. The only issue I can see is being a short arse I don't have a lot of exposed seat post. I've repositioned my saddle tool pouch as high as possible. I "think" the Varia is high enough. I will report back. I'm hopeful. šŸ¤ž

Have you sorted out the Di2 conundrum yet?

Don't believe him!
It'll start running backwards. Meaning you'll end up pouring the milk back into the carton, the coffee back into the jar. Hot water into the kettle to let it go cold.
As for mother nature...

So if I leave it for 20 years .....

no hang on - at least 30 before I met my ex

but would I be doomed to repeat all the same mistakes or would I be able to redo them???

sounds complicated to me - is there anyone on here that has already tried it??????

Well yes and no since you'd be working the other way round.
All the while hoping no-one turns the battery the correct way. Then time would just move forward from then.

I happen to be a thingy in quantum physics and other things. I have been doing some calculations for you.
You must realise that if you get things wrong and eg you find yourself back with your ex that is It!!! There is no way back.

Our power went off at 11am and they reckon it should be back on again by noon tomorrow.
Hope my phone battery holds out!
First world problem........bit like my mate in the cafe today. He was concerned his Garmin and watch were showing different levels of calories burned on the ride!!!! šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

I like to measure calories burned on a ride. I find it's surprisingly accurate. Am I hungry? No = coffee and tea cake. Yes = beans on toast.

Is there any other sensible guide?
