I do enjoy my telly :smile: Just been watching a few more old NCIS.

I also want to catch up on Moonflower Murders. I might binge it on iplayer.
I am more into sports** and when Sue was here I didn't watch any daytime TV.
Now, especially with winter approaching I am watching more 'stuff' and even using Netflix.
**I am presently watching women's football and will shortly watch England vs Ireland men's footy.

@Mo1959 may I ask you a question?

I may have missed some it, but, I dont recall you commenting on using your indoor trainer recently?

I ask, because, I have been considering buying myself an indoor smart trainer, but, I am a bit concerned that after a few weeks, I will tire of using it, and, it will just gather dust.

Have you managed to stay motivated to use your's?

My reasoning is a mixture of weather, and, personal circumstances, Mrs @BoldonLad's health means she is no longer up for cycling, and, I cannot leave her alone, whilst I go off for a ride. So, in winter, a combination of unsuitable weather and inability to get one of the daughters to "attend" when the weather is playing ball, is making it increasingly difficult to get regular rides in. My lake of self discipline and tendency to nibble, means my weight is creeping (well, maybe a bit fast then creeping) up. ;)

If you are in the market for a Smart Trainer then Jet Black ( a New Zealand company ) have just released a new model which is outstandingly good and has really shaken up the market. I have an earlier model of theirs and it has been faultless. There's a YouTube channel run by DC Rainmaker, a triathlete and highly respected reviewer of various bits of tech kit. He's just released an in depth review of the new trainer:

Good morning all.
It's a damp start to the day here, and is forecast to rain most of the day. :rain:
I'll be out with the dog soon as per normal, then it will be a domestics kind of day.
The bins are out waiting for the lorries to come down our road.

We are in for a few very cold days but it’s better than the wet stuff.

Good morning from a chilly Dorset. We have a chap coming this afternoon to measure up our kitchen for a refit. It's over 20 years old and slowly falling apart ( a bit like me I suppose)
Speaking of folk gigs, I was speaking to a lady at parkrun on Saturday, she had travelled from Sheffield for the weekend to see a local Folk band named " Nine Barrow " who were appearing in Swanage on Saturday night 😮😎
