Morning all.
Slightly colder today at 2°.
When the family moved in they brought their tumble dryer. Due to space we agreed to store theirs in the shed and we share mine. Anyway, mine died on me yesterday so is being replaced today. A pain really as I liked the features on mine.

I other news, I 'think' I am out for my lunchtime drink but that has yet to be confirmed.

I remember Jimmy Young saying TTFN at the end of his radio programme way back when.

I've just renewed my CTC (cycling uk) membership, it's worth it for the insurance cover.

Wasn’t it some one on the Tommy Handlle show on steam ,radio used to say that.
You definitely need to be of certain vintage to remember that program.

Good morning folks. A few twinges from the knee during the night following my appointment with a new NHS physio who i was referred to post X Ray. He was very thorough and very good and quickly diagnosed the most probable cause of the intermittent pain that I have been experiencing. He's given me some exercises to follow and said if the issue isn't resolved in a couple of Months then to go back and see him again. " No need to book an appointment, just ring the Surgery and ask for me and I'll fit you in as soon as possible " 🤞 it all works out.

I see next door have one of these mobile car valeting services doing their car. I watched him for a while and he is doing a great job. Very thorough.

Busy morning so far.. I've tidied up the Pen Pot in the kitchen and thrown away a couple of non-working ones & put a few others in a filing cabinet drawer as there more than necessary in it.

He’s doing the inside now too. They must have paid for the full treatment I think. Wonder how much it costs. I suppose once or twice a year might be good then just keep on top of it yourself in between.
